Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 2, 2026

Welcome to 4K Live IPTV USA. By purchasing any subscription plans, accessing our whitelisted portals, or using M3U play links provided by our team, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

1. Service Description & SLA

4K Live IPTV USA provides digital streaming playlists and whitelisted connections to server networks. We make reasonable efforts to maintain stable connections. However:

• We do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted broadcast uptime. Temporary buffering or server restarts may occur.
• Channel availability is subject to change without prior notice. Channel lists are updated dynamically.
• We are not responsible for streaming limitations imposed by your local Internet Service Provider (ISP), including speed throttling or firewalls.

2. Simultaneous Connections

Your subscription is locked to the number of concurrent connections purchased (e.g. 1 Device, 2 Devices, up to 5 Devices):

• Using a subscription on more devices than permitted under your billing tier will cause account locking, connection timeouts, or temporary bans.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share your login credentials with outside parties. If credentials sharing is detected, the line will be permanently suspended with no refund.

3. Billing & Payments

All subscription orders are coordinated through our official WhatsApp support lines. Secure invoice links are provided during checkout:

• Plans do not auto-renew. All charges are one-off. You will not be charged automatically at the end of your plan.
• Reminders will be sent via WhatsApp before expiration, allowing you to choose whether to renew manually.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final once your active account has been configured and credentials delivered on WhatsApp. Refunds will only be evaluated under special circumstances, such as persistent server dropouts that our team cannot resolve. We encourage you to confirm your device compatibility and internet speed with our support team before ordering.

5. Content & Service Disclaimer

4K Live IPTV USA does not host, broadcast, store, or transmit any video streams or channels directly. We act solely as a connection provider, whitelisting device MAC addresses and supplying playlist links. We do not own the media accessed through third-party sources, and we encourage every user to confirm the legal requirements that apply in their own country before subscribing.
